How To Achieve Your Dreams?

   Most think, he self-criticism after every mistake is a good method of self-improvement, but that is not true. Research has shown that self-criticism is negative, whereas self-empathy, self-awareness and kindness, More flexibility and productivity.

  Keep space to relax:

   It is important not to restrain harshly and in all things. It is best to focus on one thing plus adhere to it, and not to be firm in rest of it. For example, you must be fully committed to work, but it is different in terms of arranging and cleaning house, it is okay if it becomes a bit chaotic.
